Do the trailers come with any equipment?

Yes, our trailers come equipped with all the necessary accessories, plus extras. We want to make sure you’re able to move your cargo safely and efficiently without having to make any extra stops along the way.

Do you have a store front address?

We unfortunately do not at the moment, but plan to in the future. We have a home office, which is separate from where the trailers are stored. You will be given the trailer’s storage location for pickup once your booking is confirmed.

Is a deposit required for trailer rental?

We only require a non-refundable deposit for month long rentals. This deposit must be made with a credit card and will be included in the total due at the time of payment.

Can an existing rental booking be cancelled or changed?

Yes, but please inform us of your change of plans as soon as you’re able. This will help ensure other customers can rent the available trailer.

What are your hours of operation?

Because we are a family-owned business, we have flexible operating hours to maximize customer convenience. If you call or text between 8:00am and 8:00pm, you can expect a much faster response than if you call/text outside of those hours. All trailer pick-up and drop-off times need to be confirmed with us before any payment is accepted.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we have comprehensive and collision coverage. However, we require each customer to have liability coverage through their own insurance agency that extends to the trailer for the cargo being towed. If you do not have liability coverage that extends to the trailer, you will be asked to purchase our liability coverage for $6 per day of your rental.
